Our incredible Lifestyle Director, Lori Evans, won Lifestyle Director of the Year as well as Lifestyle Program of the Year for 2020 from the National Association of home Builders (NAHB). Horses, Camels, and Bunnies Oh My!
Residents had an egg-citing time at our Spring Fling event presented by Pearland Pediatric Dentistry. The day was full of face painting, balloon art, inflatables, crafts and so much more. Our younger residents enthusiastically participated in an egg hunt that ended with treats and smiles all around. Those adventurous enough took part in some pony rides and we even had a camel! Games were played and pictures were taken with a surprise guest – the Easter bunny!
Paradise is Just a Paddle Away
Among the new construction homes in Manvel, Texas lies a beautiful 18-acre lake that offers several recreational opportunities for our residents. At The Dock, residents experienced kayaking and paddleboarding for the first time and boy was it a hit! We can’t wait to see everyone out on the water this summer.

June 4, 2022 – Kickoff to Summer Splash
Summer is quickly approaching, and we couldn’t be more excited! We’ll be offering our residents an enjoyable Kickoff to Summer Splash the first week of June that will include splashing fun waterslides, an inspired summer craft, interactive lawn games and more! No party is complete without some good food – so keep your eye out for food trucks that will be stopping by.
July 2, 2022 – Red, White and Blue Parade & Star-Spangled Splash
Join us for our second annual Red, White and Blue parade followed by our Star-Spangled Splash! We were blown away last summer by the amazing turn out of residents decked out in their patriotic wear to watch (and participate!) in our Red, White and Blue parade. Bubbles, beer and a band were some of the highlights offered at this community lifestyle program. Everyone made cooling down fun by playing games, climbing inflatables and floating in the pool.
The Wait is Almost Over
We’re continuing to expand our new community in Manvel, Texas, and are eager to open up our latest amenity, The Grove, in 2023. The Grove will feature something for everyone – from athletes to dog owners. You can expect:
