Every year, the GHBA Houston's Best PRISM Awards ceremony is held to honor those who have shown excellence in the home building industry within Houston. The event is organized by volunteers from the GHBA Sales and Marketing Council as well as multiple member companies. Contestants must first be nominated and then judged on the “Best Overall Community” in various categories, such as lot value, amenities, livability, architectural styles, etc.
