A Look at Manvel, Texas Population Growth

In 1970 – just 50 years ago - Manvel had only 106 residents. The U.S. Census Bureau estimated its 2017 population at around 10,000 residents. That type of exponential growth is expected to continue by leaps and bounds. Manvel, Texas population growth is projected to increase to between 130,000 and 150,000 people within the next 20 to 25 years. In the next 20 years, Manvel officials expect the city will reach a population 13 to 15 times larger than it is today.
