What are the yearly HOA dues for homeowners?

What is a MUD (Municipal Utility District)?
A MUD (Municipal Utility District) is a special district that functions as an independent but limited government. A MUD allows the developer an alternate way to finance infrastructures such as water, sewage, drainage, and road utilities. Having the MUD at Pomona provides infrastructure financing, and also funds maintenance and operations costs. Pomona MUD includes water, sewer, drainage, and park maintenance.
If I choose to build can I pick my lot?
Absolutely! As lots become available you can choose the lot that best suits your needs. Lot Premiums may apply depending on the lot location and builder.
Can I build a pool at my Pomona home?
Pools may be allowed on a lot-by-lot basis. Pools must be approved by the Pomona HOA.
What are some things to do near Manvel, TX?
